Double Board-Certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine

Dr. Edson Erkulvrawatr has been a dedicated provider of pain management and interventional care in the Las Vegas community since 2007. With nearly two decades of experience, he is known for his compassionate approach, clinical precision, and commitment to helping patients regain control of their lives.

Dr. Erkulvrawatr completed his residency in anesthesiology and fellowship in interventional pain management at New York University (NYU), one of the nation’s top-ranked hospitals as recognized by U.S. News & World Report. During his time at NYU, he served as Chief Fellow, a prestigious leadership role that reflects his expertise and dedication to academic excellence. NYU is also one of only six medical institutions in the country designated as a Center of Excellence by the American Pain Society—an accolade that speaks to the high level of training and research conducted there.

He is board-certified in both anesthesiology and pain medicine by the American Board of Anesthesiology, underscoring his advanced knowledge in both surgical and non-surgical approaches to pain relief.

Dr. Erkulvrawatr has a special clinical interest in treating complex neuropathic pain conditions, including complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS)—formerly known as reflex sympathetic dystrophy (RSD)—as well as diabetic neuropathy and other nerve-related disorders. His expertise in advanced interventional techniques allows him to tailor treatment plans that target the root causes of pain, not just the symptoms.

He holds active medical licenses in Nevada and California and remains at the forefront of the evolving field of pain management.
